Position Overview:
Our client is in search of a proficient Assistant Aftersales Manager to oversee their aftersales operations.

Role Summary:
The Assistant Aftersales Manager will play a crucial role in managing the aftersales processes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth. This leadership position demands exceptional communication, organizational, and sales management capabilities.

What We Offer:
  • Flexible working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 33 days of annual leave
  • Full-time and permanent position

Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday with one Saturday morning shift every three weeks

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute strategies to enhance aftersales revenue and profitability
  • Lead a team of aftersales personnel, offering guidance, training, and performance assessments
  • Evaluate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint areas for enhancement
  • Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims
  • Collaborate with various departments to guarantee smooth coordination of aftersales functions
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Apply upselling techniques to boost revenue from aftersales services
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in aftersales methodologies
  • Utilize software systems to monitor customer interactions, sales metrics, and service history
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent phone etiquette in customer interactions

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in aftersales management or a related field
  • Strong sales background with a history of meeting targets
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Experience with upselling techniques and strategies
  • Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tracking systems
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and inspire a team
