- Manage guest complaints and issues, resolving them promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new service initiatives and procedures.
- Proven experience in a luxury hotel environment, with a strong background in guest service and hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
