Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise
* Collaborate with the Rooms Controller, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams to ensure all rooms are ready for occupancy and maintained to the highest standards
* Establish close relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and preferences
* Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
