About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housing Manager to join our team at Home Group Limited. As a key member of our housing management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain community plans in collaboration with customers and external stakeholders
  • Represent Home Group in our communities and undertake housing manager tasks such as estate inspections, anti-social behavior management, and statutory compliance visits
  • Progress legal paperwork and prepare witness statements for anti-social behavior cases at court
  • Work closely with other housing management functions to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Background in neighborhood management processes, either within the housing sector or an alternative sector
  • Understanding of housing management, housing law, and customer service
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Superb organizational and methodical approach, with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and a genuine desire to help customers
