Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads through outbound sales efforts, identifying and qualifying potential clients, and building strong relationships with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to generate new business leads.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, targeting businesses within the tech and SaaS space.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, with a track record of generating new business leads.
  • Ideally from a SaaS or technology background, with an understanding of the industry's sales cycle and customer needs.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for closing deals and achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of SaaS products or tech-related solutions.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies in a competitive market.
