Job Summary:

Si Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile purchase invoices and goods received notes
  • Prepare and review supplier reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with the procurement department to resolve internal queries and discrepancies
  • Liaise with suppliers and site managers to resolve invoice queries and discrepancies
  • Review and clear debit balances to ensure financial accuracy

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with suppliers, colleagues, and managers
  • Experience in purchase ledger or a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of £24,000 - £26,000
