Business Analyst Opportunity at Oscar Technology

Oscar Technology is a leading Fintech company in London, seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing solutions.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work independently, with a minimum of three years' experience as a Business Analyst. You will regularly work and communicate with senior stakeholders, hosting weekly workshops, gathering requirements, and explaining processes. A collaborative working style is necessary as you will be sitting between the IT department and a range of teams throughout the wider business gathering requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions
  • Host weekly workshops to discuss business needs and processes
  • Analyze business data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and team members
Requirements
  • Three years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Comprehensive collaboration and communication skills
  • Expertise within the finance sector is advantageous
  • Stakeholder management
