Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with the Sales team to engage with clients through various communication channels, ensuring timely follow-ups and tailored product suggestions.
  • Participate in both incoming and outgoing sales initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Operations team and the Technical department to fulfill client needs efficiently.
  • Address customer service requests and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster sales expansion.
  • Market a wide array of products to current clients while identifying potential opportunities with new and inactive accounts.
  • Enhance product knowledge to provide exceptional service and boost sales performance.
  • Examine client purchasing behaviors to uncover upselling possibilities.
  • Input sales orders accurately into the SAP system.
  • Swiftly and professionally address customer concerns.
  • Proactively connect with both active and inactive clients regularly.
  • Maintain a comprehensive Sales Pipeline and report progress to management.

Qualifications:

Upon successful completion of the probationary period, Client Relations Specialists will be eligible for unlimited commission based on sales performance. This position is full-time and office-based.
