About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Systems Team at Advanced Utility Networks. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to individual users through our service desk, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Infrastructure Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and development of our systems infrastructure, including hardware and software upgrades, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including break/fix scenarios, and maintain accurate records within our service desk system.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve business productivity and reduce costs, and implement process improvements to enhance our service delivery.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including staff at all levels, and generate simple reports and guides as needed.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft 365 full stack, experience with software & hardware/peripherals, mobile device support, and software deployment (Intune).
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of SAAS and cloud-based architecture, ITIL qualified, and familiarity with Freshservice ITSM, Team Viewer, LAN/WAN/VPN, MDM technologies (Intune, ABM).
