About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated HGV Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients near Feltham.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless service experience
  • Maximize workshop bookings through proactive communication and follow-up
  • Manage MOT bookings and invoicing in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers to complete job cards accurately and efficiently
  • Promote additional services and repairs to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the motor industry, with a focus on HGV
  • Previous experience in a HGV Service Advisor role or a similar customer service position
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Proactive and analytical, with a problem-solving mindset

  • Competitive salary of up to £31,000 OTE
