About the RoleAs a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse Trainee, you will be working in partnership with local service providers to develop and support services to children and families within schools and the local community. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme: From 5-19 years old, delegating to and supervising the work of the skill mix team.
You will work closely with a range of local children's agencies and professionals to provide health assessments for CSE, Mental Health, and safeguarding. Every day will be different, with a variety of responsibilities including working with children and families, developing and implementing health programs, and collaborating with other professionals.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a qualified nurse with experience in community health and public health nursing.
