Purpose

The successful candidate will focus on identifying and sourcing suitable work experience placements and new business opportunities by building relationships with local employers to provide career opportunities for learners to progress into.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to secure work experience placements and new business opportunities.
  • Source and monitor work experience placements to ensure a high-quality experience for learners.
  • Provide guidance and support to learners on career development and training opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
  • Previous experience of securing and monitoring work experience placements.
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the variety of training opportunities available to employers and prospective learners.
  • Skilled in Customer and Employer liaison.

Location

This is a hybrid role working with learners across London. The candidate will be required to travel across London 1 to 2 days per week to source work placements, visit employers, and work with learners while on placement.
