Job Opportunity: Career Coach Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Career Coach to partner with us at Outside The Box Marketer Ltd. As a Career Coach, you will work one-on-one with clients to help them identify their career goals, develop strategies, and successfully navigate career transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Career Assessments: Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients' strengths, interests, and career aspirations.
  • Personalized Coaching: Provide tailored guidance and support to clients through video calls, phone, or online platforms.
  • Resume and LinkedIn Support: Assist clients in creating and refining their resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
  • Job Search Strategies: Offer guidance on job search strategies, networking, and interview preparation.
  • Career Advancement: Help clients develop skills for career advancement and professional development.
  • Progress Tracking: Track clients' progress and provide ongoing support and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Career Coach, Career Counselor, Life Coach, or in a related field.
  • Client Matching: Value the importance of matching with the right clients to make a real difference.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of career development theories, job search strategies, and employment trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Rapport Building: Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with online communication tools and career assessment software.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage your time effectively.
  • Professional Growth: Professionals seeking a supportive and innovative partnership to expand their reach and impact.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications or qualifications in career coaching or counseling are a plus.
  • Language: The English language is a must as you will be working remotely and helping clients in different countries.
