About the Role

**Account Manager for the North**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at STABILA UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers in the North region.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Brand Development**: Develop and execute a strategy to increase our presence in the market, build relationships with trade colleges, and support social media content development.
  • **Customer Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with our key wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing a clear route to market and customer plan to drive sales growth.
  • **Training**: Provide training and support to customers to improve their knowledge of our products and services.
  • **In-Store Experience**: Ensure that our brand is presented in a professional and customer-centric manner in-store, through effective ranging and point-of-sale solutions.

  • **Organized**: With a high degree of flexibility and autonomy, strong organizational skills are essential, including diary planning and management through CRM.
  • **Commercial Acumen**: You will need to be able to identify opportunities, grow revenue streams, and make informed commercial decisions.
What We Offer
  • A competitive basic salary of £42,000 per annum.
  • A £5,800 company car allowance.
  • A competitive uncapped bonus scheme.
  • Pension contributions up to 5%.
