Commercial Account Handler

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Commercial Account Handler to join our dynamic team at DreamSearch Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve business growth targets and exceed sales performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and product offerings
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months commercial insurance experience
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
