Insurance Account Handler Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As an Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with their insurance needs, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
