Job Opportunity

Boden Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' properties and projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Building Surveyor with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing property conditions, managing development projects, and advising on key strategic issues that impact our clients' investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough Building Surveys and Technical Due Diligence (TDD) Surveys to inform decision-making.
  • Manage Dilapidations processes, providing strategic insights and solutions to our clients.
  • Prepare detailed Schedules of Condition, ensuring project clarity.
  • Develop Planned Maintenance Programmes (PMP) to enhance asset value and longevity.
  • Engage in Party Wall Matters, utilizing negotiation skills to achieve successful agreements.
  • Build relationships within the industry, contributing to company growth.

Requirements

  • RICS or AssocRICS Chartered Building Surveyor (or equivalent) is essential.
  • A degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 – 7 years in a consultancy environment, with a proven track record.
  • Ability to produce compelling reports and deliver key project documentation with precision.
  • A proactive problem-solver, skilled in managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
