We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Building Surveyor to join our team at Boden Group. As a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and reputation of our consultancy.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive Building Surveys and Technical Due Diligence (TDD) Surveys to guide informed decision-making. You will also prepare detailed Schedules of Condition, shape Planned Maintenance Programmes (PMP) to enhance asset value and longevity, and network within the industry to build relationships and win new business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough Building Surveys and TDD Surveys to provide critical insights for clients.
  2. Develop and maintain detailed Schedules of Condition to ensure project clarity.
  3. Design and implement PMPs to optimize asset value and longevity.
  4. Establish and nurture relationships with industry professionals to drive business growth.
Requirements
  1. RICS or AssocRICS Chartered Building Surveyor (or equivalent) is essential.
  2. A degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
  3. Excellent report-writing skills and ability to deliver high-quality project documentation.
  4. A proactive problem-solver with experience in managing multiple high-impact projects.

  1. A competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 (DOE).
