About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead Continence to join our Community Continence Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of continence care services, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care and support.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of patients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
