Working Hours: 5 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break and two 10-minute breaks. Saturdays may be required on a 1:2 basis from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a day off in lieu.

Role Overview:
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls for appointment registration, booking, and confirmations.
  • Address client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate account records.
  • Send reminders and promotional offers to clients via email.
  • Generate engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Prepare necessary documentation such as consent forms and vaccination records.
  • Assist clients with insurance submissions.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications for Success:
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers, including resolving complaints.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
