Role Overview:
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering a five-star experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls for registration, appointment scheduling, and confirmations.
- Address client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Send reminders and promotional offers to clients via email.
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms.
- Prepare necessary documentation, including consent forms and vaccination records.
- Assist clients with insurance submissions.
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
