Role Overview:
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering a five-star experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls for registration, appointment scheduling, and confirmations.
  • Address client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Send reminders and promotional offers to clients via email.
  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Prepare necessary documentation, including consent forms and vaccination records.
  • Assist clients with insurance submissions.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
