Nursery Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young children.
Key Responsibilities- Curriculum Development: Create and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Child Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety, well-being, and individual needs of all children in the nursery are met, adhering to our strict safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture positive, collaborative relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and inclusivity.
- Learning and Development: Foster children's learning and development through purposeful play and educational activities, aligning with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Environment and Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organized, and nurturing environment that promotes children's growth and development, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Qualifications: Possess a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above, with a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Show a strong team-oriented work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
- Safeguarding and Child Protection: Possess a profound knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all.
