Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.

Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive and explore.

Support the key person in observing, assessing, and recording children's progress and development.

Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Maintain a clean and organized learning environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Communicate effectively with parents, sharing information about children's daily activities and progress.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required.

Requirements for Level 2 Position:
Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.

Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting.

Basic understanding of child development principles.

Requirements for Level 3 Position:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care).

Proven experience working with young children in a childcare setting.

Sound knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.

**Salary**: £20,000 - £24,101 per year (depending on experience)
