Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Community Relationship Manager (CRM) to lead our leisure and lifestyle program at Haddenham Park Care Home, near Aylesbury.

The successful candidate will be passionate about making a real difference in the lives of our residents and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a leisure and lifestyle program that meets the needs and interests of our residents
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and external partners
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the leisure and lifestyle program and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a care or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
