- Family and Community Relations: Build strong relationships with residents' families, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with our services, representing the home in the local community and maintaining a positive image.
- Quality Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the quality of care and services, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the resident experience.
Requirements:
- Nurse qualified with an active PIN (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role within a nursing home, ideally focused within the luxury care market
- Previous experience of managing a large-sized nursing home, and a strong track record of CQC compliance
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proven track record of success, and the ability to thrive in an autonomous role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks
