Nursing Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and caring Nursing Home Manager to join our team at a beautiful nursing home in the Newbury, Berkshire area.

The successful candidate will have a stable background and strong knowledge of elderly care, with a nursing qualification ideally RGN or RMN. As a Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing a clinical team of nurses and ensuring that the care delivered to service users continues to be of excellent quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a clinical team of nurses
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards
  • Liaise effectively with CQC Inspectors
  • Develop the home's profile within the local community
  • Filling beds and successfully marketing the home

Requirements:

  • Nurse qualified - Ideally hold RGN or RMN nursing qualification
  • Nursing home management experience
  • Strong elderly care experience
  • Knowledge of CQC legislation / marketing / high calibre care provision
