Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced RGN / RMN to join our team as a Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager in a beautiful care home based in Newbury, Berkshire.

The successful candidate will be based in a newly built nursing home with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality care. Our client is an independent organisation with a flagship care home that boasts excellent facilities and a fantastic track record for obtaining good CQC reports.

The role will involve working with a team of experienced nurses and care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents with a range of needs, including elderly care, dementia, and respite care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and care staff to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure high standards of care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
Requirements:
  • Experience in elderly care and dementia care
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of care standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic and motivated attitude
