About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in a challenging yet rewarding role. You will be working closely with healthcare colleagues and other professionals to deliver a high-quality admin service, coordinate clinics, and chase referrals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including dealing with patients, healthcare colleagues, and other professionals over the phone, face-to-face, and via email.
- Coordinate clinics and chase referrals, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care.
- Arrange and chase hospital appointments, prisoner release, and transfers, and arrange appointments for follow-on care.
- Work with SystmOne to upload and update patient information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist in the substance misuse admin team when needed, providing support and guidance to colleagues.
