Scheme Officer

We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our team as an Independent Living Scheme Officer. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for empowering our customers to thrive in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing a high level of customer care and support.
- Complete annual independent living reviews, ensuring customers receive the necessary support and resources.
- Manage communal repairs and conduct H&S checks on site, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers.
- Travel to various sites, visiting customers regularly to provide support and guidance.
- Experience working with older people in a customer-focused environment.
- Strong influencing, negotiating, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, managing your own workload and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and flexible, with a track record of achieving results in a challenging environment.
