About the Role:
Bromford is seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our team as a Bank Scheme Officer. As a key member of our team, you will provide ad-hoc housing-related support to vulnerable people who live on our schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer care and support to residents on our schemes
- Complete annual independent living reviews to ensure residents' needs are met
- Manage communal repairs and conduct H&S checks on site
- Develop relationships with residents and be their essential point of contact
- Travel to various sites to provide support and services
Requirements:
- Compassionate and patient approach to working with vulnerable individuals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload
- Experience of working with older people in a customer-focused environment
- Understanding of policies, procedures, and code of conduct
