Key Responsibilities:
  • Documentation: Analyze, interpret, and document business and system requirements related to efficiency initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate, analyze, and document business and system needs.
  • Process Mapping: Create visual representations of current and future business processes using tools such as Visio.
  • Project Management: Oversee project and program management activities to ensure successful implementation.
  • User Support: Provide training, handover, and post-implementation support to users.
  • Meetings: Participate in regular project update meetings and relevant steering group discussions.
  • Reporting: Generate and present regular reports to stakeholders regarding efficiency projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • Significant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a Business Process Unit or Efficiency team.

Preferred Certifications:
Relevant industry certifications such as ISEB Business Analysis, Project Management certifications, or specific software skills are advantageous.
