Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all labor allocations, including adjustments for any billable hour modifications.
- Oversee offsite labor allocations.
- Enter lump sum billing documents as provided by the General Services Manager.
- Relay raw data from the Warehouse to the Warehouse Team Leader.
- Analyze self-bill payments, create self-bill journals, and input data into the Invanti accounts system.
- Generate billing summaries to update self-bills, payment breakdowns, debt updates, and accruals.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service.
- Strong initiative with the ability to identify, resolve, and escalate issues as necessary.
