Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all labor allocations, including adjustments for any billable hour modifications.
  • Oversee offsite labor allocations.
  • Enter lump sum billing documents as provided by the General Services Manager.
  • Relay raw data from the Warehouse to the Warehouse Team Leader.
  • Analyze self-bill payments, create self-bill journals, and input data into the Invanti accounts system.
  • Generate billing summaries to update self-bills, payment breakdowns, debt updates, and accruals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service.
  • Strong initiative with the ability to identify, resolve, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • A systematic and organized approach to work is essential for delivering proactive service.
  • Professionalism and confidentiality are critical in all aspects of the role.
