Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Digital Content Specialist to join our Communications team. As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and publishing high-quality and engaging content for our internal and external customer base, through a range of digital mediums.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy to promote Hafod's services and raise the profile of the organisation.
- Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement content marketing campaigns.
- Provide training and support to colleagues on social media use and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience of social media monitoring, set up, and content creation.
- Knowledge of design packages such as Canva, and good photography and videography skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and with confidence, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for attention to detail and outstanding time management.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
