As their Materials Manager, you will oversee key supply chain functions with a focus on operational excellence and environmental responsibility.
- Ensure adherence to site supply chain management aligned with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and environmental protection protocols.
- Manage the site's Master Production Plan in collaboration with the Plant Manager and European Supply Chain Manager.
- Develop robust production schedules with risk assessments to optimize customer service levels and plant efficiency.
- Implement replenishment strategies to achieve agreed inventory levels for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
- Partner with plant management on initiatives to enhance throughput, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead local supply chain improvement projects to drive operational excellence.
- Develop talent within the Supply Chain function through effective coaching and talent development plans in collaboration with Regional/Global teams.
Materials Manager Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of raw material planning, procurement, scheduling, and inventory control systems.
- Willingness to travel internationally 10 – 15% of the time.
