About the Role

Macgregor Black is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of brands and their top listings.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will own an account/category within our sales data analytics platform and will be responsible for quarterly commercial planning cycles.
  • Work closely with our eCommerce Directors to deliver agreed sales, margin, and performance key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Using a data-driven approach, you will draw insights and make recommendations to internal team members to drive account performance and implement various strategic objectives.
  • Continual UX adjustments/AB testing to drive conversion – we're looking for someone who can really 'think big'.
  • Own the relationship with customers and develop influential partnerships.
  • Supply Chain – Delivery Work cross-functionally to be the voice of your customer base internally to drive change.

Requirements

  • Proven track record working within a sales environment and results-driven – eComm experience desirable.
  • Consumer electronics or housewares experience preferred but not essential.
  • High-level analytical skills and the ability to share insights and lessons.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Go-getter, able to navigate ambiguity.
  • Financial acumen: a good understanding of profit and loss management is necessary.
  • Ability to build and lead external solid customer and internal cross-functional relationships.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
