Job Title: Aircraft Compliance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Compliance Manager to join our Planning Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Compliance team in investigating and resolving breaches of planning control, ensuring compliance with planning permissions, and communicating actions and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Compliance team in investigating and resolving breaches of planning control
  • Ensure compliance with planning permissions and enforcement policies
  • Communicate actions and outcomes to relevant stakeholders, including Members
  • Manage the performance, development, conduct, and attendance of compliance officers
  • Be the lead with Members on compliance matters

Requirements:

  • Degree-level or equivalent qualification in planning or related enforcement field
  • Significant experience in planning enforcement and investigating complaints
  • Demonstrable experience in achieving results through managing others
