Job Summary:

STS Aviation Services is seeking a skilled B1 Mechanic to join our team on a contract basis until the end of November. The successful candidate will be based at our Norwich Line station and will be responsible for carrying out Line Maintenance activities in accordance with Part 145 maintenance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Certify aircraft maintenance within company-approved limitations
  • Ensure all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements are met
  • Order spares and complete associated paperwork for unserviceable components
  • Support ad-hoc AOG requirements
  • Perform defect rectification on inbound aircraft
  • Meet and greet inbound aircraft and debrief the crew
  • Carry out engineering dispatch of all aircraft as required
  • Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed
Requirements:
  • Preferred previous Line Maintenance experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an aircraft mechanic
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Full UK Driving licence Essential
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
