About Us: We are a leading recruitment agency specializing in the travel industry, providing top talent to our clients.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Global Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Global Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for selling worldwide travel packages, including flights, land, luxury longhaul, and shorthaul, as well as cruising. You will work from home, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and sell worldwide travel packages to customers, including destinations in Africa, South America, Asia, India, and cruises.
  • Maximize sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and providing expert advice on travel destinations.
  • Identify customer needs through consultative selling and deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Recent experience in the travel industry, preferably from a retail travel agency, travel call center, tour operator, or similar background.
  • Experience working in a targeted travel sales environment.
  • Good knowledge of worldwide travel destinations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English to build rapport with customers.
  • Experience using a GDS system, such as Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus.
  • Self-motivated with a determination to succeed and progress.
What We Offer:
  • Salary of £k plus commissions, OTE £40k+
  • Hours of work: based on a 2-week rota between 9am-5pm with rotating weekends
