Position Overview:

As a Residential Property Management Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Property Management team while overseeing a prestigious collection of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing daily maintenance concerns efficiently.
  • Maintaining clear communication with landlords, tenants, contractors, and team members regarding all actions taken.
  • Conducting regular inspections of properties and generating detailed reports utilizing inventory management tools.
  • Managing deposit returns, mediating between landlords and tenants to resolve disputes, and coordinating with the tenancy deposit scheme.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant property management regulations and tasks.
  • Processing invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Delivering exceptional service to all clients.
  • Coordinating timely arrangements for gas safety certifications.
