**Job Summary**

Investigo is seeking a highly skilled Knowledge and Information Manager to support the delivery of two critical technology projects within a public sector organization. The successful candidate will provide knowledge and information management support to these projects, ensuring compliance with legislation, public sector requirements, and policies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide expert advice and support to the projects on all aspects of knowledge and information management, including information rights, data protection, and freedom of information.
  • Develop and maintain associated knowledge and information documentation to support formal assurance processes.
  • Act as a liaison between the Knowledge and Information Management Team and the projects.
  • Attend meetings to represent the Knowledge and Information Management Team in relation to supporting the two projects.
  • Implement Microsoft SharePoint configuration changes to specifications produced as part of the projects.

**Requirements**

  • Strong knowledge of information and records management, including the Public Records Act.
  • Understanding of information rights, data protection, and freedom of information.
  • Awareness of data/information governance and risk management principles.
  • Ability to analyze, interrogate, and evaluate data.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and associated knowledge and information management functions.
  • Administrative experience implementing SharePoint Online information management solutions to support compliance and governance requirements in a corporate environment.
