Job Title: Information & Knowledge Manager

We are seeking an experienced Information & Knowledge Manager to support the delivery of two key technology projects within our public sector client. The successful candidate will provide knowledge and information management support to these projects, ensuring compliance with legislation, public sector requirements, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide knowledge and information management support to two critical technology projects.
  • Offer advice and support on all aspects of knowledge and information management, including information rights, data protection, and freedom of information.
  • Develop and maintain associated knowledge and information documentation to support formal assurance processes.
  • Act as an interface between the KIM Team and projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Implement Microsoft SharePoint configuration changes to specifications produced as part of the projects.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of information and records management, including the Public Records Act.
  • Understanding of information rights, data protection, and freedom of information.
  • Awareness of data/information governance and risk management.
  • Ability to analyze, interrogate, and evaluate data.
  • Working knowledge of M365 and associated knowledge and information management functions.
  • Administrative experience implementing SharePoint Online information management solutions.
What We Offer:

A 6-month contract with 60% on-site work in Milton Keynes, offering a competitive daily rate of £400-£425 Outside IR35. Active SC or DV clearance is required for this role.
