Job Title: Regional Facilities Manager
Job Summary:
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across multiple sites in the North of England and Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent, safe, and profitable service delivery of all IFM services to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery: Lead the transition and substantive delivery of hard and soft facilities management services for all sites in the allocated regional cluster.
- Project Management: Work with HR and incumbent suppliers to ensure smooth TUPE transfer of workforce, ensuring continuous, uninterrupted FM service provision to our clients.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively manage continuous improvement in the delivery of both self-delivered and subcontracted services, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and/or quality improvement.
- Customer Engagement: Attend regular Customer project meetings, in person or virtually as required, and report on service delivery and performance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all statutory and Company policies and procedures, including all aspects of Health and Safety, Quality, Purchasing, HR, Payroll, etc.
- Performance Management: Maintain an in-depth understanding of performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), producing and delivering reports and presentations to management and customers.
- Relationship Building: Build, develop, and maintain close working relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure a timely delivery of these requirements.
- Site Visits: Visit customer operations sites regularly, as required based on site size and service scope.
- Employee Management: Train, manage, develop, and motivate employees across all contracts to ensure consistency and the delivery of standards.
- Training and Development: Ensure that all staff have the required competence to undertake their roles, liaising with managers to identify the effective delivery of training and development programmes.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience in delivery of facilities management services (soft and hard), managing operations at multiple sites, and a history of positive customer engagement.
- Commercial Awareness: Awareness of commercial mechanisms in Facilities Management outsourcing, experience in controlling costs and managing budgets.
- Leadership: Experience of leading and managing teams and individuals, knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Desirable: Experience in the use of FM technologies (CAFM, CMMS etc), project management experience, knowledge of asset registration and asset management principles.
