Learning Support Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Specialist SEND Support Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the behavior of pupils with additional needs within a classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- De-escalate any behavioral concerns during lessons in an appropriate manner and in accordance with safeguarding specifications.
- Support students with their learning and additional requirements, demonstrating a non-judgmental approach to students and their learning abilities.
- Awareness of safeguarding practices and the importance of effective pastoral care.
- Be enthusiastic and proactive in your attitude to the role, with a consistent and objective approach to pupils both in and outside of the classroom.
- Have a proven track record in similar roles or institutions and the right to work in the UK.
