Job Title: Automotive Training Specialist

Are you an experienced Truck Master Technician looking to transition into training or a current Technical Trainer seeking a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled Automotive Training Specialist to deliver engaging and informative training programs for Iveco Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver core technical training programs, including EV training, to Dealer technicians
  2. Design and implement learner-focused training solutions aligned to TAP methodology
  3. Ensure all training delivery is aligned to the Iveco brand culture and requirements
  4. Utilize innovative digital technologies during remote learning interventions
  5. Support course development work as needed, focusing on learner-centric, TAP-aligned, and Iveco-compliant content
  6. Adapt European materials for technical and new model launch courses
  7. Manage administrative tasks related to training delivery, including course rosters, pre-course and post-course briefings, assignment scoring, and data input
  8. Represent Iveco GB, MSX International, and the Training Academy at factory or brand-led events, such as Train the Trainer sessions and Product Launches
  9. Meet yearly objectives and KPI/SLA agreements between Iveco and MSX

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled Automotive Training Specialist with a passion for the Truck industry. Our ideal candidate will possess:

  1. A Master Technician status (also with automotive brands)
  2. A proven track record of achieving objectives
  3. A dynamic and engaging communication style, maintaining delegate engagement
  4. Up-to-date knowledge of new and revised learning and development theories, practices, and methodologies, including technological advancements
  5. A natural ability to coach and develop others
  6. Preferably, industry-recognized training accreditation and technical achievements
  7. Understanding of assessment tools and their links to learning and development
  8. Proficiency in the MS Office package
