About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Network Plus Services. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiencies, managing costs, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Commercial Manager in developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and oversee all financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a commercial or construction industry setting.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
