As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Network Plus Services Careers, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Commercial Manager in driving efficiencies, managing costs, and regional performance for our clients. This position requires a high level of commercial acumen, with a focus on delivering desired margin returns.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor project expenditure against tender figures and value recovery.
- Identify and deal with change, including maximizing opportunities.
- Follow contractual procedures and ensure correct notices are given.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts, including allocation sheets.
- Prepare and submit applications for amounts applied on each contract.
Requirements
