Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Network Plus Services. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiencies, managing costs, and delivering desired margin returns for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial Manager in developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage and oversee all financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a commercial or construction industry setting.
- Strong understanding of commercial and contractual principles, including cost management and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and effective communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities.
