This role will be responsible for managing documents throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion of assigned duties, and maintaining database links and access to configured documents.
Key Responsibilities- Support the control, distribution, and traceability of documentation for various departments and internal activities.
- Responsible for the timely completion of assigned duties to meet EnerSys ABSL standards.
- Accountable for maintaining database links and access to configured documents.
- Collate documents into project data-packs (physical and electronic) according to document lists provided by the project team.
- Ability to use provided database tools and Electronic Document Management (EDM) functionality to perform document management processes.
- Strong skills with MS Office/Office 365 suite of programs, professional certificates preferred.
- Experience with Adobe software for PDF production and management.
- Attention to detail and ability to review data entries carefully.
- Strong ability with the English language.
- Understanding of the importance of accurate document processing and filing.
- Ability to work in a multi-project environment, meeting time-critical objectives.
- Excellent people skills, with a proven team worker and ability to work independently.
- Appreciation of European Space Industry standards for CADM (to be further developed as part of the role).
- Experience delivering document management processes in Aerospace, Military, or Medical controlled industries is preferred.
- Understanding of configuration control principles and associated aerospace project documentation, e.g., Configuration Item Data Lists (CIDLs), End Item Data Packs (EIDPs).
- Appreciation of configuration control principles and associated project documentation (to be further developed as part of the role).
- Experience in delivering documents in highly controlled industries is preferred.
