Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Mechanical Assembler to join our team at AMETEK. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for building mechanical and electrical assemblies to technical drawings, SOPs, and CMMs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical and electrical components to drawing and/or CMM specifications.
  • Undertake impregnation and resin insulation of electrical components.
  • Upgrade and repair mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.
  • Test assembled products.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and/or CMMs.
  • Knowledge of tools, including circlip pliers, pliers, screwdrivers, tweezers, scrapers, and Swiss files.
  • Soldering skills on small components.
  • Previous experience in a production environment, assembling electro/mechanical products.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate at all levels.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities.
