We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Birmingham. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our operations, ensuring data integrity, delivering robust analysis, and supporting management decisions with insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the preparation of operational and performance management reports for key stakeholders, including CCGs and NHS Trusts.
  • Ensure the highest standards of data quality, working closely with sub-contractors and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing through proper data management.
  • Provide trend, benchmarking, and modelling information to support strategic decisions.
  • Be a reference point for national and local data standards.

What we're looking for:

  • A relevant degree or advanced qualifications in data analysis or a related field.
  • Experience in SQL environments and advanced skills in Access, Excel (including pivot tables), and SQL Server.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex data sets, ensuring accuracy and quality.
